Founder, CEO of Weaver Clinics
Dr. Kim Weaver is dual Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is from Oklahoma and graduated from Duncan High School. After receiving her Bachelors Degree from University of Texas, she completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Following her passion for women’s health, she completed her residency in OB/GYN at OU Health Sciences Center and started her private practice. In 2015, she expanded her training to include Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, Aesthetics with Botox, Fillers, lasers, and Obagi Skincare. In 2017 she retired from Obstetrics and added Medical Weight Loss Management to her Practice. In 2018, she became Board Certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine joining 2600 ABOM diplomates nationwide. There are only 22 physicians in Oklahoma with this certification.
In 2015, she expanded Weaver Clinics to include additional locations across the state. She currently practices and oversees Clinics in Chickasha, Duncan, Lawton and Moore.
Dr. Weaver married her soulmate, Darrell Weaver, in February 2016. They have five children, Ashley, Madison, Lauren, Asa, and Ainsleigh. She cherishes their family time. They enjoy swimming and love to travel.
Mandie Works APRN, FNP-c, CNP
Mandie Works, APRN, FNP-c, CNP, received her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Alabama in 2008. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is licensed by the State of Oklahoma. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention and diagnosis and management with a focus on women’s health, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, male testosterone therapy, weight loss management, and various aesthetic procedures and skin care.
She began her nursing career after joining the United States Air Force in 1996. After leaving the military, she has accumulated nearly twenty years of diverse nursing experience and education in various areas of patient care (labor and delivery, NICU, plastic surgery, emergency room, urgent care, family practice, gynecology, and nursing education). She joined Weaver Clinics in January 2018 as a Full-time Nurse Practitioner. Since 2014, she has taught other Family Nurse Practitioners, as an instructor for the University of South Alabama.

Ashley Walden APRN-CNP
Ashley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ashley received her Master's Degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2013, since then she has been with Weaver Clinics. Women's Health and hormone replacement therapy are Ashley's specialties & passion. She greatly enjoys building relationships with patients, advocating wellness & optimizing hormones!
Ashley was born in Mesa Arizona & grew up in Chandler Arizona. She moved to Oklahoma as a teen and is a Comanche High School Graduate. Ashley, her husband, their two children and their two schnauzers live in Comanche Oklahoma. In her free time she loves to play golf, snow ski, attend her children's sporting events & travel.
