DR. KIM WEAVER, MD, FACOG, FABOM, ABHRT CERTIFIED
Founder & CMO
Dr. Kim Weaver is dual board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is a native of Oklahoma and graduated from Duncan High School with honors. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas, she completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Following her passion for women’s health, she completed her residency in OB/GYN at OU Health Sciences Center and started her private practice in 2009. Throughout her academic years, she received several awards and scholarships for her academic and leadership performance including UT University Honor List, UT College Scholar, UTMB Hambrock-McGanity Award in OB/GYN, and UTMB Gold Headed Cane Award Finalist. She also received the UTMB John P. McGovern Academy of Oslerian Medicine Scholarship Award, honoring her compassionate approach to patient care. During residency, she earned multiple honors including the OUHSC Department of OB/GYN Research Award, Outstanding Teacher, and Resident Teaching Award
DARRELL WEAVER, MBA & COO
Sheriff Darrell Weaver was sworn in on July 6, 2026 after being appointed by the Cleveland County Commissioners to fill the term through 2028. He has a lifetime of service to the state of Oklahoma. Weaver served Oklahoma for over 28 years in state law enforcement with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control, the last nine years as the Director. During his time leading OBNDD, the agency successfully sought stronger state laws to battle human trafficking and the flow of deadly illegal drugs by the Mexican cartels.
In 2021, Weaver was appointed to the National Board of Commissioners for CALEA (Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies). Weaver is an inductee of the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Hall of Fame. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Senior Management Institute for Police.
Weaver was elected to the Oklahoma State Senate in 2018 to serve District 24, encompassing Moore and part of south Oklahoma City. He won reelection in 2022 without opposition. Weaver served as the Chairman of the public safety committee and served on appropriations, general government and transportation, aeronautics and transportation, business and insurance, and rules. He resigned from the Oklahoma State Senate July 2026 to serve as Sheriff of Cleveland County.
Weaver was a long-time elected trustee of the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System (OLERS) and a member of the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) governing council.
From 2015 to 2017, Weaver served as the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma before successfully making his first bid for public office.
Weaver earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cameron University, his MBA from Oklahoma Christian University, and an honorary Doctor of Pharmacy. Weaver received Cameron’s 2009 Distinguished Alumni Award and, in 2013, was named an “Acclaimed Aggie”.
Weaver is an alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma Class XXXIII, Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXIX, the 2013 Leadership Moore Class, Leadership Tulsa Class 54, the TEAM South OKC Leadership Program, the 2011 Tinker Air Force Base COMMstar Program, and the Salt and Light Leadership Training (SALLT).
Weaver is a Christian author who has been a speaker at men’s groups, youth camps, and church gatherings across Oklahoma. He served for many years as a volunteer youth football and basketball coach.
Weaver is a fourth-generation Oklahoman who grew up in Comanche. He and his wife, Kim, a physician, have five children, live in Moore,have two granddaughters and attend Capitol Hill Assembly of God Church. The Weavers are entrepreneurs and own Weaver Clinics in four communities promoting preventative and integrative health. They are active members of several chambers of commerce.
A fitness enthusiast, Weaver holds a personal trainer certificate from the Cooper Institute and graduated from the inaugural CrossFit instructor’s course. He holds a Black Belt in karate and is a pilot who enjoys flying with his wife.
ASHLEY WALDEN, APRN-CNP
Ashley is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ashley received her Master’s Degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Ashley joined Weaver Clinics as a Nurse Practitioner in 2013 and has been an exceptional provider! Women’s Health and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy are Ashley’s specialties & passion. She is Certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Therapy and has been providing BHRT services since 2015. Ashley is also certified in IV therapy, medical lasers including Juliet, truSculpt iD, and miraDry. She greatly enjoys building relationships with patients, advocating wellness & optimizing hormones!
Ashley was born in Mesa, Arizona & grew up in Chandler, Arizona. Ashley and her husband Ryan live in Duncan with their two mini schnauzers. They have 2 grown children and welcomed their first grandchild in August 2025. In her free time Ashley enjoys shopping and traveling. Winter vacations are her favorite because she loves to snow ski!
KRISTI KELLER, APRN-CNP
Kristi Keller is dedicated to her faith, a loving wife, mother, and experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years in healthcare. Her journey began in 1997, serving as a nurse’s aide, ward clerk, and monitor tech. She earned her LPN in 2001, followed by her RN from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. Motivated by her passion for nursing, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing-NP at Maryville University in 2018.
Kristi’s professional experience is vast, including roles in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, surgery, outpatient surgery, post-anesthesia recovery, home health, nursing supervision, and hospice care. She spent six years in Family Practice, caring for patients in both clinic and nursing home settings, and has provided hospice services for over three years. Throughout her career, Kristi has remained deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients.
Kristi joined Weaver Clinics in 2024 and currently sees patients for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, gynecology, and aesthetics. She completed her Bioidentical Hormone Therapy Certification and her IV Therapy Certification in 2024. She is certified in lasers including Cutera Xeo, excel HR, Juliet, truSculpt iD, Secret RF, SkinPen, and miraDry.
